Shipping Policy

Turnaround
Standard size Storm/Screen doors are typically shipped within 10 to 14 business days. Custom size Storm/Screen doors are typically shipped within 14 to 21 business days. A longer lead time may apply to larger quantity orders. We do our best to build and ship your Storm/Screen door as quickly as possible.

Note: Due to current worldwide supply chain issues, Custom Size Doors with Removable Glass and/or Screen panels may have shipment delays of 10+ weeks.

Please email us your Custom Door Dimensions and we will advise you on a potential delivery timeframe for your order.

Carriers
Columbus Woodworks, Inc. uses multiple Freight LTL Carriers to deliver our Storm/Screen Doors.

Order Tracking
Once a tracking # is provided to us by the shipping carrier, we will email you the tracking information.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your Storm/Screen Door and/or hardware, is based on the weight of your product(s) and your shipping location. Before the final checkout, you will be shown the estimated cost of shipping, and you will be given the opportunity to adjust your order at that time.

Back Orders
Your Storm/Screen Door is a custom made door. We manufacture your door when ordered, so we will never backorder the door. The lead times may vary due to production demands. The hardware items however are subject to backorder. If a backorder occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be given the opportunity to adjust your order at that time.
